1. Apps covered by this policy

This policy applies to the following mobile games published by Lost Forge Games:

The games do not require users to provide a name, mailing address, telephone number, payment information, or account password directly to Lost Forge Games.

2. Information that may be processed

Information processed automatically

Our apps include third-party technology, including the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Depending on the device, app version, permissions, consent choices, advertising settings, and applicable law, the following information may be processed:

• Device and app information: device type, operating-system version, app version, language, general configuration information, and similar technical details.
• Device or advertising identifiers: identifiers used for advertising, fraud prevention, frequency control, measurement, and related services.
• Approximate location: general geographic location inferred from information such as an Internet Protocol address. The apps do not request precise GPS location for gameplay.
• App interaction information: information about app launches, sessions, screens, gameplay interactions, and engagement with app features.
• Advertising information: ad impressions, ad views, clicks, rewarded-ad completion, advertising performance, and related interactions.
• Diagnostics and performance: crash logs, launch information, responsiveness, hangs, energy use, and other information used to understand reliability and performance.
• Network information: Internet Protocol address and information necessary to connect to, deliver, secure, and measure advertising services.

Information you voluntarily provide

If you contact Lost Forge Games, we may receive your email address, name or nickname, message, screenshots, attachments, device details, and any other information you choose to include in your support request.

3. How information is used

Information may be used to:

• Operate and deliver the games and their features.
• Remember locally stored gameplay progress and preferences.
• Display advertisements and provide optional advertising rewards.
• Measure advertising delivery and performance.
• Limit repeated advertisements and detect invalid traffic.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical failures.
• Diagnose crashes and improve reliability and performance.
• Respond to support messages and player feedback.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.

4. Advertising and Google AdMob

SHATTER and Glass Smash may use Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display advertisements. Ad formats can vary by app and version and may include banner, full-screen, or optional rewarded advertisements.

Google and its advertising partners may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, Internet Protocol addresses, approximate location, app interactions, advertising interactions, crash logs, diagnostics, and performance information for purposes such as:

• Delivering contextual or personalized advertisements.
• Measuring advertisement delivery and effectiveness.
• Preventing fraud and invalid advertising activity.
• Limiting how often an advertisement is displayed.
• Maintaining and improving advertising services.

Google processes information under its own terms and privacy policies. Additional information is available through Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s advertising information .

Lost Forge Games does not receive your full advertising profile or require you to identify yourself before playing. Third-party advertising providers may, however, associate identifiers and app activity with information processed through their own services, subject to your permissions, settings, consent choices, and applicable law.

5. Tracking, personalized advertising, and consent

Depending on the app version, device, region, and advertising configuration, an app may request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework before allowing information to be used to track activity across apps or websites owned by other companies.

You may decline a tracking request. Declining does not prevent you from playing the game, although the advertisements shown may be less personalized and some advertising measurement may be limited.

Where required by applicable law, advertising partners may request or rely on additional consent before using personal information, device storage, or identifiers for personalized advertising or related measurement.

6. Sharing and third-party service providers

Information may be provided to or processed by service providers that perform functions on our behalf, including:

• Advertising delivery and advertising measurement providers.
• Fraud prevention and security providers.
• Crash-reporting and technical-service providers.
• Hosting, email, website, and customer-support providers.
• Professional advisers and authorities where legally required.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, security, or property of Lost Forge Games, our users, service providers, or the public; investigate fraud or abuse; comply with legal process; or complete a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of business assets.

Lost Forge Games does not sell personal information for money. Depending on the law that applies where you live, certain advertising activities may be described as “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or “cross-context behavioral advertising.”

7. Local gameplay data

Game progress, high scores, settings, preferences, and similar gameplay information may be stored locally on your device. Lost Forge Games does not currently operate a player-account or cloud-save system for SHATTER or Glass Smash.

Locally stored game information generally remains on the device until it is reset, cleared, overwritten, or the app is deleted. Removing the app may permanently remove locally stored progress.

8. Data retention and deletion

Lost Forge Games retains information directly received through support communications only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate business records, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.

Locally stored gameplay information remains on the player’s device until it is removed as described above. Advertising and diagnostic information processed by Google or another service provider is retained according to that provider’s applicable policies and settings.

Because the games do not use Lost Forge Games player accounts, we may not be able to identify or delete information stored only on your device or held solely by a third-party advertising provider.

9. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights relating to personal information, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or information about how personal information is handled.

You can also:

• Review or change tracking permission through your Apple device’s Privacy & Security settings.
• Use any consent or privacy-options control presented within the app.
• Adjust advertising and privacy settings associated with your device or Google services.
• Delete locally stored gameplay data by using an available reset option or deleting the app.
• Contact Lost Forge Games to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held directly by us.

We may need to verify a request before completing it. We will not discriminate against a user for exercising applicable privacy rights.

10. Children’s privacy

SHATTER and Glass Smash are general-audience arcade games and are not specifically directed to children under 13. Lost Forge Games does not knowingly request names, contact details, or account information from children through the games.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information directly to Lost Forge Games, contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

11. Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information under our control. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Lost Forge Games and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those countries may have privacy laws that differ from the laws where you live.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our apps, advertising setup, service providers, legal requirements, or privacy practices change. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
